Thanks but not for me for many reasons. Good luck! PE & PEG too high and returns not even close to what I've done with managed and index funds for that sector that have CRUSHED IT the past few years.... almost feel stupid taking profits the REIT funds have done so well for me. But no matter what the noise is, nobody calls the tops over and over along with bottoms well enough to listen.... so I take profits. What I bought has what I call a "bear market bottom PE" and a very good PEG. We'll see I ended in the green for it today despite being down huge at the close... a dime or so within the low.... knock on wood.
