I used the phrase "pretty much" which, at least in this part of the country, means "not literally, yet with the same meaning". As in being "pretty much told to go to hell", which means the exact words weren't used but the words used conveyed the same meaning. As usual, you're going to twist it around to whatever intent might imply you're being picked on. Poor Pugs.... Let me rephrase the questions, since you didn't see fit to answer either one. 1. Did the SEC tell you that you had a valid complaint or did they only say that the employer was the proper route for those repeated complaints? 2. Has the company ever lied to you or any other shareholder individually or collectively?
