John,

Ever since I can remember you have hung over this thread like a wet blanket. I think you are a closet short and I doubt if you truely have any interest in Topro except as a short candidate. I for one am tired of being followed by your rain cloud and reading your unsubstantiated negative opinions of this fine management. If you had anything significant to contribute other than just instilling insecurities, the value of your presence on this thread could probably be rationalized. As it is, why don't you just move on. I seriously doubt that you want anything but my lunch. Although I am sure you will have a curt reply, It will go unsung to me. I don't read your posts any longer.

Gerry

John, just last Friday, a friend I told about TPRO months ago asked me for an update before he got serious to buy.

I had to tell him to wait for a while until we get some hard earnings announcements. As I wrote on this thread over three months ago now, this stock is bound to flutter up and down bit until the earnings announcements DEMONSTRATE that this company has what it takes to be a true y2k player. I told him how the management hoped that the y2k earnings announcements that were expected to come heavy in the third quarter would begin to show up in the second quarter, but alas, it is beginning to look flat for quarter and that the CD sales appear to be lack-luster. With that he agreed to hold off for now.

Early (and continuing) hype from Tmex et al does a lot to raise expectations, but when the real world does not play along, the "fall" can be hard. Investor confidence is hard to regain momentum, until the good numbers actually come in. THAT's where I think TPRO is right now. I'm looking forward to a positive, but not stellar 3rd quarter announcement in May.

I would love to be wrong and see the uninflated value of this company go up quickly on early good news, but I do not expect it nor do I promote it as being anything but a remote possibility. Like Skippard, whose comments we no longer receive here, I am in this one for the long haul. And I believe it is THERE that the real value lies.
