How many auto deaths involve intoxicated drivers or drivers who are texting while driving? crashstats.nhtsa.dot.gov BAC 0.08 or higher is 81% I'd love to see it lowered to BAC 0.04% where at most you can have is a beer or glass of wine if you drive and we hold bartenders and restaurants 25% liable ... that is can't serve more than 1 drink unless the buyer has proof they are not driving. 81% seems high.... We tried to ban drinking before and it just made crooks rich. A good many of the deaths here seem to involve intoxicated drivers (not just alcohol.... )
