To Jim--answer to your question (which I think you already know--<g>--is yes). How do you explain the ability to attrack $1.5 million for a company with a zero chance of survival?

True. Capital losses in a Roth IRA have no effect on taxes. You would have to have tremendous confidence in INCE to do what Hugh suggested. If it tanked you would really get burned.
