No it is happening now. The progressives will keep winning more political offices across the nation, in the congress and indeed around the world.

All the progressive movement is about, is applying modern social science to government action.

I expect another Blue wave in 2020 and as Alex said, Biden will be surrounded with a more progressive congress and they will push him left.

As well, I expect Biden to pick a progressive female as his VP and I don't think he will last four years and so she will assume the presidency and move us left.

The progressive movement is not confined to the US it is a movement around the world, thank god.

Around the world progressives are fighting for modern social justice and programs like free education, ending patriarchal societies, stopping homophobia, caste systems, and sexism.

Things are getting better around the world because of progressive ideas incorporating modern social science.
