Word is that Clinton, after having had talked with Gore, Hillary and his lawyers will say that they all agree that he is

bound by No controlling moral authority and they will base their arguments against the facts and evidence on that.

Although this is not really a legal argument, they have their trump card:

They will say Americans knew that and voted for what they got. In that sense, the electorate are poised to become unindicted (co)conspirators. (Co is redundant).

Boiling this sorry mess down to "it's all about a private sex act" takes the same kind of logic it would take to say that the space shuttle explosion "was a nice fireworks display". We already have a real good idea what they want you to swallow. We must be at least 43% simple.
