I wonder how long this has been in the works and if it might be responsible for the poor performance over the last few weeks. We couldn't figure out what was wrong but the price action was saying something was out of whack. Could this be it???

Right-O, but Eckard would have had egg on his face without that much touted $50 Bil mark. Should have given us the cash and let us decide if we wanted DEC, or buy some other quality servicer instead.

Seems like the street sees CPQ as paying too darn much for DEC.
CPQ down 2 and DEC up 10. Not quite thre balance I'd like to have seen...
