There are a lot of precautions being taken. Just as Y2K didn't happen due to the publicity and all of the prudent precautions, so this might (emphasize that word!) also be mitigated. No one knows for sure--not you, not me, not anyone. But based on what happened in China and what is happening in Italy and what has occurred in small closed environments like ships, it looks daunting. Those events have nothing to do with anti-Trump bias, which was your original claim.
