I think the notable line on that graph is the one labelled "Healthcare System Capacity". Even the delayed graph goes above that line. Grave stuff.

Regarding the timing of the epidemic peak, Norway's Institute of Public Health today published their risk analysis. They now expect a countrywide epidemic taking off in days or weeks, and in their judgement, it will last through the summer, perhaps until October. They also predict it will overwhelm the capacity of the healthcare system. To slow down the epidemic, the government today introduced the most restrictive measures imposed in peacetime, including stopping air traffic, returning and quarantining arrivals, closing schools, nurseries, universities, cancelling culture and sport events, closing restaurants, pubs and night clubs, and more.
