Mr. Dendro: I accept your thesis as what you think.
It is a commendable perspective. I, however, do not agree with a lot of what you say.
IMO riding the price up on a short squeeze, is not manipulative at all.
It is taking advantage of a situation that presented it self. If you are uncomfortable with doing that, by all means, sell at the first chance you can, and be done with it.
I have absolutely no problem with participating in this squeeze at all. I may not make as much money as other people, but I will be happy with what I can make.
The part I do agree with is, that this will never change, concerning MM's. I can live with it, because I have to.
Hopefully, this RMIL stock will be one where we all can kick them in the shins, and run away to play another day. al

>>>>>>>The thing that's always bothered me about the concept of a squeeze is
that if it works, the cartel is just as guilty of artificially
manipulating the price of the stock as the MMs. The only difference is
that instead of artificially manipulating the price downward, they are
manipulating it upward, to levels not supported by any fundamentals.<<<<

Not only do I disagree with your post, it demonstrates very little knowledge of the mechanism of the squeeze. 'We' are "manipulating the price upward"!? <lol>, How? By demanding our certificates? What about the naked short position...selling 5-6MM shares they don't have? That equates to a group of shareholders demanding certs so their shares can't be shorted against? How do you figure that? Manipulating? You are , indeed, a very peculiar shareholder Mr. Dendro, one who doesn't support illegal shorting of his position....?
Morally, I would align myself with those 'insuring' their investment by getting it certified, other than MM's who have created a demand for RMIL stock and will stop at nothing to shake shares and cover their rear-ends.

The end goal, and result, is the same. Someone is getting rich at the expense of somebody else.

Can you give an example where someone got rich any other way? Seems to me that's the only way it can happen.
