Watched VIAS jump on the positive announcements only to tank as the day went on. I'm new to this stock so can only assume a lot of profit takers are hanging out just waiting to bail on any good news. Am I missing something as I really like this company, and would like to buy more at this price.

I went to a Y2K Conference where one of the speakers was Dale Vecchio, a Senior VP at Viasoft. The whole thing was being taped for a Y2K documentary to be aired in a few months.

Anyway, after he spoke, he took a few questions. The third question or so was from a guy sitting directly in front of me who had had his hand up each time he saw an opening. His question, which he asked in all seriousness: "Do you think we will have the same sort of problems in the year 10,000?"

Can't wait to see if they edit that one out!

Edit: Mike Smillie beat me to posting the announcement, but I got a really spiffy post number.
