When i was in the military we could fly into country and set up a operable air base in 72 hours. That same military is in use today. It can set up a complete medical facility and beds with in 3 days. All it takes is a phone call and act of congress. Why drum up all those resources for a media virus and Trump derangement syndrome.

Thanks Kimberley - you are absolutely correct about the seriousness of this pandemic. I am really hoping older people like Don- who is in the highest risk group- don't get infected with covid-19. Please take care chief - social distance, wash your hands, disinfect surfaces - and don't listen to the morons who are telling people this is all a hoax. Really hoping you and your family make it through this alright. How many deaths have there been here in the USA so far? . Here are the numbers up to now. 40 in Washington State of which 25 were from one acute care nursing home. 5 in California. 3 in Florida 2 in New York 1 each in VA, SD, LA, GA, KS, and CO It is no genocidal event. How many have died from the winter flu over the past 60 days? Thousands. The reason the death rate is low here is because The Trump Administration has done a good job of controlling the inflow of virus carriers into the country. This compares very favorably with the job that Obama did during the H1N! pandemic (also a corona virus) where close to 20,000 people died and the press never said one word that indicated things were a problem. They praised him for his wonderful performance and showed him at the doctor's office getting a flu shot. lol They told us to take Tamiflu and everything would be OK when the truth is Tamiflu had no effect whatsoever on H1N1. The Vietnamese doctors said Tamiflu was LESS effective than elderberry extract. That is how our press handled that one. . The Anti-Trumpers are just trying to grasp anything to politicize this unfortunate development and create panic when there should be none.. .Anyone should have been able to see it yesterday in the Press conference. Relax. I am in the high risk group myself and I am not worried. I am also high risk against the winter flu but I do not let it change my life. Our days are ordered from above.
