Logue is only a Board member (and Chairman); the Board meets 2-3 times per year. Hell, I think he's being compensated far too much for that role. Now he may effectively be serving as CEO, or such, and that is why he is being awarded such a sweet stock option deal.. but if that is the case then why in the hell are we paying Orton a CEO's salary?
