>>>Extending the warrants would be a way of raising the additional capital in the near future and having the new shares in the hands of loyal shareholders<<<

I think you are wrong on several counts here....most warrants are held by speculators, not loyal shareholders. Loyal shareholders buy stock. Secondly , extending the warrants does not get any new money for Jmar, unless the stock trades above the excercise price for the designated period of time....that may or may not happen. I think it is likely to be a repeat of what hapened this time....massive selling by arbitrageres trading the warrants!!!! And that will put a cap on the stock price for another year!!! Sell your warrants, BUY the stock, and when the warrants expire there will be less DILUTION for the next quarters reported earnings.....by having the warrants extended you are shooting yourself in the foot....the stock price is guaranteed to languish for yet another year or more, with the artificial top imposed by the warrants serving to cap any run up on news......LET THE WARRANTS EXPIRE! If the company needs money they can always do a secondary when the stock price has risen to 7-8 dollars......but I dont think they will need the cash.........;^)

Sorry...but the warrants must expire. There is loyalty & there is business..this is purely an economic & business decision!

I feel for the long term holders of the warrants & appreciate their loyalty - warrant holders, buy the common now & participate in a much greater future for yourselves & the company.
