"Many companies are paying their workers even if they can't come to work." Kirk, I think the problem is that many companies with workers on the lower end and in food service do not, and those are the ones that really deserve the government's help. Also, in regard to testing I've read boatloads of articles that those same people were reluctant to step forward because of the obvious problems in our health insurance system in terms of high deductibles, copays, or no insurance at all. The Feds have since tried to address some of this but it may have been a bit late. John
