dec is a company doing 12 billion in sales!!!!!
dec has 2.5 billion in cash!!!!!!!!
compac is going to buy a 12 billion sales company for 9.6 billion(9.6 - the 2.5 billonn in dec cash)!!!!!!!!
compac is really buying dec for 7.5 billion dollars!!!!
NOT BAD BUY A 12 B SALES COMPANY FOR 7.5B!!!!!

Congrads.. to all!!. I guess we will soon be CPQ shareholders. Not bad. CPQ is a good company. Just hope they get rid of Palmer. Did they sell cheap? Don't know, with Palmer in charge, I guess this was the best we could get. Street seems to be happy with the deal.

I will not sell my LEAPS yet. Best is to wait for a few days and see what happens.

Good Luck to all,
