Long term -- is someone announcing the build of a huge number of boats? (But HLX is down also!)

Short term -- is IRAQ targeting oil boats and is all insurance being cancelled?

Absence of those, I figure we ought to buy some more....

I can't figure that one out either. TMAR took an even greater plunge. There doesn't seem to be any company specific information that would change the fundamental outlook for these stocks.
