Mindmeld, Calling it the Chinese Virus is calling it exactly what it is, which also allows Trump to engage National Emergency powers to bring enormous assets to bear to help the American people. Really? He couldn't use those powers if he just called it what the WHO calls it, COVID-19? Tell me what magically happens when we call it the "chinese virus" instead of the coronavirus or COVID-19? The origin of the virus isn't important right now. It's already global, it's already domestic, it's already local. That's all bullshit. Is that a Fox News lie, or did you make it up yourself? Educate yourself, if that's even possible. en.wikipedia.org There is no requirement that a foreign threat is required for LOW IQ FatRump to declare a National Emergency. LOW IQ FatRump bungled this so badly, he dismantled the programs we had for handling this type of outbreak, saying all those people were doing nothing and he could get them back if he needed them. WRONG! They're gone, we are all vulnerable to the pandemic, it's LOW IQ FatRump's fault, and the only solution he (and you) see is to try to blame China for it. Any reasonably intelligent person knows this.
