I've never accepted that. As an FYI, while WHO and CDC were saying that very few cases are asymptotic and that there is little chance of infection when people are asymptotic, I posted that nearly 40% of the cases are in fact asymptotic and disputed the claim on safety of those people. So I am by no means a person who believed in the hype. And I have been proven right.

The county reported only 263 total cases, not 1400, which is my estimate...and that is a huge difference.
