This statistic stunned me. 10.5% of passengers from Europe to South Korea are testing positive for CV. This isn't a random sample but could it be this high without millions of Europeans infected? and if that is the case, then is the fatality rate much lower than we expect? 152 people arrived in South Korea from Europe with symptoms of #coronavirus yesterday. They are isolated and being tested. Total of 1442 arrived from Europe. 90% South Koreans. 1292 with no symptoms sent to a residential facility. 5 flights from Europe expected today — Laura Bicker (@BBCLBicker) March 23, 2020 I really want to see some data from testing a random cross-sample of a large population in Europe. We are flying blind without better data.
