<<<<<NY state has done more tests than South Korea.>>>>>

It changed on March 13th - when the government finally lifted the restrictions imposed by the Federal government. The issue now is 50 states are all bidding for the needed things with a corresponding price increase if left to market capitalism. They only one to be able to dial that back is Federal Government. They need a Cuomo like guy at the Federal level but so far the sycophants have proven to be a bunch of quacks.

If you leave it to price of supply and demand, rich states like NY and Washington will outbid the very poor areas like Arkansas - which will then get none. But then maybe they do not want to be tested there?

NY already has 2.5 X as many cases as SK, cuz they weren't able to test at the beginning.
