In answer to your question Big Bucks (What did I expect?) I expect honest accounting for one thing. It turns out that for the first 3 quarters Peak was counting software shipped as software sold. Then in the fourth quarter a large quantity of unsold software was sent back to Peak, hence the negative sales number for the 4th quarter (which has not been released yet, only the total year end results have been released).

Big Bucks, I have never seen other companies do there numbers like this. Only on the Alberta, and only from Peak do we get this crap.

PeakSoft, this is addressed to you, Consumers are looking for value,
to many fancy features that won't be used are of no use except to
a few "power users", probably 2-3% of your target market may benefit
from the full range of features. A consumer might pay $20-25 for a
web enhancement utility if it really improves the performance/time
of his browser. 99.5% of typical users won't spend any more than
$25 regardless of the product. Your goal should be to undercut the
competition and grab market share and establish dominance in your
niche. DON'T PRICE YOURSELF OUT OF BUSINESS, BE AGGRESSIVE IN YOUR
MARKETING/PRICING! You will get more distributors if the product
will sell quickly and customers will perceive "value" in their
purchase.
