I actually had them leave everything outside, and I sprayed it down with disinfectant before bringing it in. I would not go shopping or touch anything without gloves these days.

HI Kirk,

At our HEB store, they have volunteers pick the packages and deliver to your door(up to 25.00 items) with a $10.00 service fee.

They ring the door bell and wait for you to arrive, then wave good bye while standing back from door. Our neighbor tried it and they the lady that picked for them called back twice

Things in a paper box like cereal can be opened outside and brought in untouched.

Bigger boxes or paper bags can be left out on the porch or in your garage.

Very informative how to from a doc.

We have done curbside at MY HEB - they have waved the 3% charge for everyone.

Stay safe everyone - I think in the long run this will help us all become better at avoiding even the usual influenza that comes every year.

I've never been one for flu vaccine shots but do take a lot of vitamins. Now doing extra Vitamin C and Vitamin D3 plus our usual Shaklee vitalized gold and Shaklee life strips. When I ran marathons, I preferred the co lloidal vitamins. but that was then, this is now.
