Is this supply agreement with Paradigm to help with supply shortages that IOM has experienced in the past due to rapid growth? Does anyone know what the part shortages were? Were the shortages SRAMS, necessitating the need for the new agreement?

<<<<<Any comments on the First Call Con Estimate of .25 for FY98 (end 12/98).

Why is the PRDM stock so cheap based on forward looking PE?

And is 3/4 a dangerous entry point given PRDM's recent doubling?

Interested in your comments.>>>>>

I saw the first call estimates too and I never thought they would make this, but after todays announcement I think they just might. IOM is going to sell over 10 million drives this year and PRDM will be inside of them. Like the announcement said I am sure this was not an easy task to get IOM to buy from them, but obviously they like their product. If they can make .25 for the year then we will easily see this trading in the 5-10 region again by years end. Not many stocks that make money for the year and have the sales that they have trade in the ones.
As for 3/4 being risky: ANy stock trading in the 1/2 to 1 range is a little risky. Could it go back to the 1/4 to 1/2 region? Yes, But I think this news is very big and could propel us into the 1-1/2 or 2 region. Then a slight pull back to 1 or 1-1/4 or so. I doubt we'l see 1/4 again.
FYI: I bought today at 5/8 and will be buying more at the open. I'll try and trade some and I'll hold some for the long term. I think this could be a big winner for the year.
