Ok, John, you win. Microsoft rules, along with ad hominems as the definitive style of argument. You should feel to continue to get the definitive interpretation on legal matters from Microsoft's lawyers and PR guys, nobody else could possibly have anything meaningful to say. You don't seem to have any comment on why it's so silly for the judge to worry about the icon, but it wasn't silly for Microsoft to threaten Compaq with pulling their license if proper respect wasn't shown. But, whatever.

Beam yourself up. Or, put that beam somewhere else, at your pleasure.

John,

>>Will the geniuses at Justice ask MSFT to "hide the icon" again?

Now that there is a precedence for removing icons maybe that MSN icon will be next. Microsoft may find itself holding season-tickets to this opera.

Cheers,

Norm
