I spoke with investor relations this afternoon and was told the ATT relationship has not changed. They are still testing their product. Previously CIEN had announced that the potential shipments could occur in 1998. As well, CIEN had a conference call with ATT before this press release, so I would assume that their relationship with ATT has not changed. I would not count CIEN out. They got here w/o ATT, perhaps some speculations about a deal coming may have periodically been squashed, but LU present technology is still light years (no pun) from CIEN's current product. CIEN management I would assume is the quality to make this clear. Eubie
