Last Thursday or Friday on PBS's News Hour, Democrat Mark Shields stated that besides lying about Flowers, he stated that Clinton did actually receive a draft notice and he has been lying about it ever since.

I thought it peculiar that Shields would volunteer that.

Not his stint at Oxford, that was after he got his notice.

The law of the land in the 60's was when you got your "Greeting fron the President" all your plans took a back seat to serving your country.
