Last Thursday or Friday on PBS's News Hour, Democrat Mark Shields stated that besides lying about Flowers, he stated that Clinton did actually receive a draft notice and he has been lying about it ever since. I thought it peculiar that Shields would volunteer that.

The law of the land in the 60's was when you got your "Greeting fron the President" all your plans took a back seat to serving your country.
