Jackson,

Would the people that you posted that bought bay shares via an option plan offered by the company still be considered insiders now that they no longer work for the company? My experience and intuition is telling, not likely. Should this be the case, then there is no simple way to verify that they still hold their shares because they would not be required to file 144'w when they sell. Perhaps Bay has some restriction on the sale of the stock and it would be pertitnent to know that to truely measure their bullishness.

Perhaps your experience and knowlege on this situation is greater than mine and if so, please address my questions.
