Possibly 16,000,000 in the float with 35,000,000 shares outstanding,,,,,but I doubt that. Float to big...Probably right they made another offering which caused dilution. This could be when the insiders moved in for the kill at .50 per share which now the bid is .68 so the insiders already have made .18 per share. Not bad if they bought in volume as you say. Not sure if these shares would be restricted or not. That is without doing some due dilly.... Harvey Kirby
