Does anyone know anything about Vanguard Airlines? I read a Forbes article in the December 30, 1996 issue I think, that spoke of a new CEO coming on in November splitting his time between Vanguard and Air South. The article said that this new CEO had done well in turning around another larger airline and so Hambrecht and Quist which owns a large percentage in each airline brought him in to turn them around.

I started following Vanguard and it had a 52 week high of 12 but was trading at 1.437 now. In the last week it has doubled up to 3.25! Please let me know if anyone has any information that would be useful in evaluating this stock. I don't want to miss it on its way back to 12.
