I find the 6 ft isn't that big a problem. Costco now limits how many can be in the store and I go during off peak hours since I got my TP early in the month before the shutdown when I could see it would come. With an N95 mask, gloves and long-sleeves it isn't really necessary to be safe but it is good practice but for when passing in aisles of supermarkets. (Change clothes and shower after getting home.) Three types of people are still a trouble on walks... kids, adults with dogs on phones not paying attention and some chubby, entitled-pussy-hat types today that were together then spread out on an 8 foot path to block the whole thing as if they were the only one that would use this busy path... not bikers or anyone in shape who wanted to buzz by. They were too slow for me to worry about them shooting out many drops to inhale so I started to hack and snort my nose to "announce my presence" and walked right between them, forcing them to scatter with my fake symptoms! Maybe that will scare them to stay at home or be more considerate the next time. In this case Darwinism works even better as some who can't be bothered or think it is a hoax will infect their kids and grand kids. Sad if their kids and grand kids are considerate, but Darwin doesn't care. A buddy (age 59 I think) was invited by his good friend on a corporate paid, private jet trip to Mardi Gras. He explained to his begging buddy why he would not go. He sadly reported a couple of days ago that his buddy died of COVID-19 caught in NOLA and two others who took the trip in the jet are on ventilators. (My guess is their demographic might be more susceptible to this... but I dont' know for certain.)
