Hi Noblesse: SMU has now been falling for five full months.
It seems to me that Mr.Townsend doesn't have a handle on
future earnings yet. Yes, he feels the earnings will get better
every quater going forward, but the level and speed is unknown.
In my mind the key problem is this. One can not fix a problem in
one area and learn three months later how much that "fix"
helped. This will make the road that much longer. When they
sold the bonds they knew what the earnings would be. They
have time, they have a salary, and they have options. I have none
of those things!!
