I find TER has a unique trading range. 30's to 40 and back down. I think the boys have fiqured this out. Mot seems to have the same range 55 to 59 and VLSI at 19 to 22. So don't buy beyond 35 it will come back down.

TER looks good to me. My cost basis is 14.125. If the high techs keep performing well, TER should participate.
