I don't agree. If you can delay people getting it, that is more time to figure out what works for treatment while not overloading the ICU and ventilators so some would certainly die due to lack of vents. It is one of the reasons we started well before it was official to SIP.

BTW, as well as we've done here in CA, the health care workers are getting burned out from the stress so we're giving them tons of benefits and appreciation to help them. It is truly amazing to see how so many are trying to help rather than bitching and moaning about being inconvenienced or losing money.

I just heard in NYC there are about 235 vs 35 deaths a day at home there just because many get the disease and are not going to the hospitals, or have no room or not sure... they didn't say but 10x the death at home rate for this time of year is not a bad flu season as some still claim.

that herd immunity is a good thang but that shelter in place stuff is counter productive to it. the way shelter in place was ordered as public policy will cause more deaths in the end according to some credible experts.

can't be helped now though as Big Brother don't make mistakes.
I am inclined to agree. The damage that has been done to date is going to be very hard to reverse. So, in keeping with the news reporting methods of the left wing media, I thought it might be useful to mimic their reporting style. (keep in mind that I believe the reality is that Trump has been sold a bill of goods by globalists like Fauci who are not on his team irrespective of their official postures)

So here goes:

JOBLESS AMERICA REBELLING AGAINST NATIONWIDE 'STARVE AT HOME ORDERS" ISSUED BY THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

In Florida, thousands of jobless motorists ignore Trump and make a break for the nearest food bank in an attempt to ward off starvation*

While in Stockton California, hundreds of victims of the Trump economy line up for soup and bread. to fill their empty stomachs.*

In Arizona, the jobless scurry to get their hands on any rations possible. Here we see a large group willing to eat contaminated left overs donated by Carnival Cruise Line's Diamond Princess cruise ship*.

In Ventnor New Jersey, local jobless citizens fail to maintain proper social distancing as their sharp hunger pangs cause them to forget proper protocol (Stock Photo, circa 2011)*

And finally, in Mafraq Jordan,, hungry children affected by Trump Administration policies pass the virus to each other as they stand behind cages built to contain them within a refugee camp. *

*All of the above was satire
