I guess the personal attack shows your intellictual side. When all else fails, what else is there to do? Have fun trying to convince Rubin... Having a shareholders meeting at the announced location shows you how incredulous the situation is.

Latest 144 filing on Jan 16 was for only 2,100 shares (I don't know if it was a buy or a sell). I'm getting concerned about the delay of the connectsoft IPO (you say IPO in 6 months or so). If they don't soon have resources to further develop and market this product the competition (more resources)may capture the market for the product (technologically, I don't know who has the best product). Shareholder's as of Jan 26 apparantly will be mailed proxy/annual report by Jan 28. Are you averaging down your position in anticipation of a price jump (you still believe AUGI will go to $3 before shareholder's meeting?)
