Amen Raleigh - Now, all we need is to have someone sing "I'm Proud To Be An American" and we can all get on with it. Bill

To All:

Raleigh, in my opinion, "GREAT POST". I signed up for the E-Mail list not to run away from SI and this thread, but to augment it. Just as I visit every site that I can. I will also sign up for any access to information that might be passed that will help me understand my investments better. So I just wondered how many others did just what I am doing and plan on staying here and on the E-Mail list?
Please use the club house for responses so that we can keep this thread fairly clean for information..

William Brotherson (wb229ahc@micron.net)

RB & All: Growing pains within the company also reflect the thoughts and growing pains here on SI. Over the years on the FTel SI thread, we have witnessed many important facts from FTel, personal thoughts about the company, speculation on this and that, and all the things that make up a " delayed discussion on Franklin". Since Aug 96, we have put more information on FTel then you could get in a years worth of calls to the company once a week, I think everyone would agree with that.

We have talked about all the aspects of Franklin's ChannelBanks, and the products that relate to Internet Telephony. We have thoroughly discussed the competition within Internet Telephony, and the many avenues of transmissions i.e. atm, frame-relay, ethernet, lans/wans, sonet,t1's, protocol's, and much much more. With these, we have also posted hundreds of website to goto in " researching why this relates to franklin".

When Franklin puts out numbers, we discuss it, and then speculate. When Franklin puts out info on peering, partnerships, collocations, we speculate quite a bit more, knowing Frank W. Peters has a very good reason why the GUTS of the news release is not within.

The problem I see here is that most still don't understand that Frank W. Petets, Mike Peters, Peter Thornton, Tom Russell, Helen West, Alan London, Neil Wynn, and the rest ARE............WORKING......FOR.....US!!!!!!

I just don't understand why that's not understoond by those who come here to BASH the company with very, very hurtful statements like: "this would be devastating to Franklin" when they themselves have not done their homework before making this a serious comment like that and many others.

If someone wants to make a statement like: " It seems to me that Frank Peters is making quite a bit of money compared to the revenues I see coming in, and then asking? " what do you all think, THE ONES THAT UNDERSTAND THE S-1?".

Now with this person making such a " great soothing to the ear question, without stepping on any long-term feet here. I see it as a great question thats ASKED with " a hope to learn more about Franklin". ********* but its all in how you ask it********. You don't just come on this board with a "no-name been around kind of attitude" and expect the long-term shareholders "Not be Defensive"!

Its just that everyone here needs to be a little more sensitive to everyone's feeling. That why again, I like Raleigh's suggestion on the second board. I promise from my side to read it, comment, and discuss any thing off-color of Franklin as I see fit. But we just don't need it here.

Again, there has been thousands of very informative posts on information here about Franklin, the sector, and the overall market for Franklin Telecom. I see no reason to use any other means of transporation in dicussing the topic at hand.

Everyone here needs to understand that there are probably close to 50 or better that own alot of shares in FTel & FNet. We are not about to let a few undermind, mis-handle facts, bash Franklin, and get away with it. The shareholders that have been around longer may not comment as much as before, be we are not going to set back and let "derogatory" statements about Franklin be put on this board without rebuttal.

So, like I said, its all in the way ?????????? QUESTIONS here are asked!!!, that will dictate a response. It doesn't take a genius to figure out "why they are asking, what their asking, by the way they are asking"!! I think everyone here would agree with this statement, if you reread posts from "bashers" of the past.

Most of the great information found on FTel/FNet is many thousands of posts back. Not looking back, I would guess over 18k or better all the way back to the start.

In following a company, competition, and the entire sector of products and service, you will never be able to match what we have put up on this board through a "private e-mail group" that has been tried.

So in closing, I would agree with Raleigh that his startup of a second Franklin SI Thread will prove alot more fruitful then having a private e-mail group.

Don't forget, if its not in the News Release, its all speculation!! But then we have speculated about alot of things here that have come true!

ps...Question? Ok, guys first time lurker here, I have read the S-1 a few times and wonder about this part? Can anyone here that has alot of knowledge about Franklin help me?

Some of us here have forgotten about the "common decency law" that should prevail on the Internet!
