It is not possible to determine an answer because the human figure in the last line is holding something in his hands that the previous figures are not holding. There is no way to know if the held items affect the value.

Well, my first guess was 5 for the shoe, 5 for the mini me, and 2 for the single scarf which would total 12. But hold on just a minute! But then I noticed something in each of mini me's hands, and I have no idea what that represents. Looking closer at mini me he also is wearing a sneaker on each foot. However I'm pretty sure it somehow affects the total... So my guess becomes, 15 for the sneakers, 6 for the scarves (presuming each hand holds a scarf) and 5 for mini me, giving a total of 26. EK!!!
