Yo Gabard, At the shareholders meeting will New Departure and
what is now MIDL form a new symbol under Arcon. This means that
our shares in Midland will transfer to this new symbol. Will
there be any additional shares added to the float. Sometimes
when they change symbols at these meetings they also change the
stock relationship. Please let me know.
