Yes, but govt doesn't have to be accountable - at least that's how it's run now. It's ridiculous to think you can keep full staff at full pay. I think you are right that the mayor doesn't really understand hardship. It all starts at the voting booth, though...that's why I said people need to start paying more attention to real life than reality shows. I don't know the perfect solution to this mess - but I don't know how you can just let the country drown. I don't like this unlimited printing at all, but right now I don't know what else they can do?
