Interesting...
As a side note, have you seen what they are doing with the protests in Michigan? They are planting people with Nazi flags in the midst of the protesters.
No, I have not but I pay more attention to local news since it is so important lately. I'll try and watch a Sunday news show and see if I see it there. It has not made the local news here and they do all they can to paint Trump supporters as Nazis so I doubt it is a big thing.

From what I'm hearing is very small businesses are being pushed aside by all the loans going to the bigger clients of the banks and that the hedge funds and small startups are goggling up the money because they made the interest rate much lower than they can get for regular loans. One solution was to raise the rate to what the banks were charging so the banks can make money again AND it means this money goes to those who need it rather than those who don't but want cheap capital to expand when their competition goes under.

Maybe those are the same hedge fund and VCs that own, er contribute to Pelosi so maybe that explains her delay tactics.... but I'm really speculating here.

Back to the article, it it clear to me nobody has a more expensive place to live than here in the Bay Area yet the people are handling it very well and trying to pitch in to help the very poor get food.

Most with jobs will get more money from unemployment than their jobs working once they get signed up and the extra $600/week shows up. Some really stupid decisions, like closing nurseries that will go under while their customers go to HD, Ace and Lowes for gardening supplies here... but it sounds like they will let these open again soon. Much learned on the fly.
