Treasury should retroactively change the rules to put in stiffer penalty fees and higher interest while allowing 2 weeks for companies to repay the loans who took them to raise capital or they will face the 10% penalty I proposed. I've already started tweeting and will also give this idea and loop hole to the news organizations. It is a huge failure to not anticipate this.... or was it? Mnuchin is not a dummy. I wish YOU would plug the PPP loophole. Charge a 10% fee plus 5% a year interest if anyone with over 30 employees takes these PPP loans to raise capital and doesn't keep EVERY worker.
