Kirk, if you are sating in the high 90's you are doing great! Sounds like your healthy lifestyle is paying off as well. I'm starting to really pay attention to what I'm putting in my body - trying to keep my immunity as high as possible. re HF...that was the disease that brought me into the public health space. Lifestyle, more than anything else, will determine the trajectory of that disease. It seems like you were paying attention.
