Both sides call names. It's not the name calling. It's one side being abso-fucking-lutely wrong about almost everything all the time and crawling inside the ass of plutocrats who want to pillage taxpayer cash for large businesses while the middle class and the poor suffer under the weight of staggering debt and social issues.

Name calling doesn't matter at all.

What matters is what people vote for and who they support- and the republicans support scum sucking swamp dwelling assholes.

I think you are right on.

To understand how and why the Republican party is destroying so much all one has to do is imagine the folks at FOX running the country---because that is the mentality of the Republican party.

One just needs to take a close look at the 53 senate Republicans and judge their character and intent. These are not nice people. They are more in the character of Strom Thurmond,Jesse Helms and George Wallace and the John Birch society and Joe Macarthy.

Or one can take a close look at Harding, Coolidge and Hoover. They were horrible people-lol.

Rhetorical, but try and think of just ONE Republican senator that is better than our worst Democrat.

I can't think of a single person.

The Republican party is personified by FOX.

So all one has to do is imagine those folks at FOX running our country-lol

Fox and Trump lied about the virus for months. The idiots still support him.

But, there's nothing different in all this. They voted for Bush after he lied about WMDs, and for Reagan after he lied about balancing the budget. It's obvious to anyone looking at that party from the outside that intellectual consistency is always ignored.

Look at name-calling here on SI. Republicans do it all the time. I can cite numerous examples. How many republicans get booted? None. Their minds are incapable of being intellectually consistent.

The party that voted for massive debt under Reagan, Bush, and Trump said we needed balanced budgets and spending cuts under Clinton and Obama. Are they uninformed, ignorant, hypocrites, liars? Of course, they are all these things and I think they know it. They don't care that they're bad people. It's who they were raised to be.
