Just a few comments on your numbers:

1) About 3MM Zips were sold in '96 and 9MM in '97--the quarter by quarter estimates are equally as impressive as far as percentage growth. We know that Zip unit sales increased 64% this most recent quarter. If IOM only sells 3M Zips then I would have to interpret that as a substantial slow down, which would mean another cheese grater up the ass for anyone holding this stock. Since IOM can't seem to get any other product out the door, any sign of a serius slowdown in Zip sales and this baby's going to $2 share. I hope you're not right about the 3MM in Zips--I'm estimating around 4MM+ units (around a 50% unit increase).

2) I got the impression that although manufacturing costs were continuing to decline, there wasn't going to be anymore Zip price decreases and that this added revenue would help offset additional advertising costs--how did you factor this in?
