To anyone,
Why would the financing from Europe be a negitive situation? Does it not say enough they they are able to acquire the money? Granted as lowell has stated it seems that it would make life easier if it were from a US firm.
Comments anyone?
Dan

I dont understand how you cant be happy. We just increased our revenues by 60 million dollars. The last book I read said that this is a positive, if not paramount. But, can somebody please give me an educated guess as to WHY the stock is not reacting to this news? Is it still too early? Are the financials that important to this stock, where a big deal like the merger will not budge the price? I'm Still waiting to buy a new pair of Sneakers!!!

Why do they have to go to Europe (and deal with exchange rates) to get the financing??? Interest rates are much lower in the US - which translates into lower interest payments!

That was the first question out of my mouth as well...
