Andy, Sounds good to me, do you have any DVD market analysis numbers?

I'm most interested in getting some market segmentation information for the DVD market. It seems to me that the low end VCD replacment market is one and the Home Theater is another. The real curve ball is guessing what role the PC will play in systems used by most people.

I Andy. I'm back in at 5 11/16, based on valuations. Regarding
VCD quality, while I was working at Virtual i/O (I'm an electronics
engineer specializing in DSP and video) I had the opportunity to
examine a couple VCDs. I thought their output was pretty good.
We had an HMD (head mounted display) that worked directly off
a VCD output and it was excellent. That particular product never
went to market, and Virtual i/O went bankrupt before going public.
They made the i-glasses that had the largest market share for
consumer HMDs... But the management got greedy and kept
putting off going public, until they ran out of cash. Oops.
