one or more of the studies using Hydroxycholoquine was terminated because too many who got the drug died or had significant side effects such as heart arrhythmia
That was a Brazilian test where they were given triple the normal dosage

This must be given early before intubation, if you wait until someone is intubated then the results are not much different than not giving the treatment.

Per the World Health Organization study published in 2017, before Trump came out in support of hydroxychloroquine and everyone who hates Trump now hates HCQ,
