Wow, that's a very aggressive schedule. Cyrix is still at or below 200 MHz. NSM needs to accelerate the schedule. If not, Intel will be out of sight, and it will be hard to sell any chips.

Robert, I still think Intel has a trick up their sleeve. Perhaps their cacheless PII will require a special MB, require SDRAM or something else to make it work right.

The price reductions in your link are nothing short of a declaration of war. If, as stated, June brings a PII/266 at $155, Intel will have effectively killed Socket 7.

Gonna scratch my head before overreacting.
