Rob, I wouldn't begin to guess at the answers to your questions. But one thing is true, whether by coincidence or not: this large purchase has occurred just prior to the annual meeting. I interpret this as a great signal for things to come. No one would drop this kind of cash without doing extensive research, talking to managment and having a reasonable comfort zone about the investment. Hardrocker

I just spoke to Scott Liolios. There is alot going on with this company that will be revealed in a very short time. He said in his own words " I'm surprised that no one paid much attention to my wording in the last press release that the BMY contract was the tip of the elephants ear". The shareholders meeting on Thursday will be most crucial IMO. Questions will be answered regarding the relationship with Wonderware, dilution, future contracts and the prospects for Topro/Tava to be a major y2k player. He said that anyone that attends the meeting should come out of there "all fired up." Jan
